Local firms, Ohio licences and what they answer for
Work arranged through Lancaster Pest Control is carried out by a local firm serving Lancaster and Fairfield County. Lancaster Pest Control is a call line. It does not apply pesticides, does not perform inspections in its own name and does not claim a licence of its own.
The firm that performs the work must hold the Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator licence for the category the job requires, and it is answerable to the Ohio Department of Agriculture for the products it applies and the records it keeps.
Before any product is applied, ask for the licence and the category, and check them against the Department of Agriculture's published information. The household can then decide with the paperwork in hand.
Ask for the licence and check it with the Department of Agriculture (855) 974-4733

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety and product labels
Pest control products must be used exactly as their labels direct; the label is the law. Do not mix products, apply restricted-use pesticides yourself or treat areas a label does not allow. Keep children and pets away from treated areas for as long as the technician advises.
Regulations
Structural pest control in Ohio is regulated by the Ohio Department of Agriculture Division of Plant Health, Pesticide and Fertilizer Regulation Section. Rules and product approvals change; information on this Site is a summary, not legal or regulatory advice.
